We do not specifically collect any data relating to visitors (non-subscribers) to our website. However we employ Apache Webservers, which do log standard Apache variables (see http://www.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_log_config.html). We use this information to provide us with details related to security or abuse issues, as well as ensuring that our website performs optimally. We do not provide any of this information to anyone outside of our direct corporation except under court order. The only exception to this is for violators of our abuse policy (https://www.decoymail.com/tos.html). In this specific case we reserve the right to use as much information as we have available in our records, in any way we deem appropriate, to track down and deal with violators.

We obviously record personal and financial information given to us by customers in order to provide them services. This information will not be released to any third party except under a court order. If a customer engages in any activities that are contrary to our terms of service (https://www.decoymail.com/tos.html) we will use this information to track them down, and apply all the sanctions available to us. We will, however, never provide this personal or financial information to anyone except under a direct court order.

We do not employ cookies at any time for visitors.

We do allow subscribers to set cookies themselves in order to remember their login information.

We do send email to subscribers regarding their accounts, and system and trouble notifications. We do not provide access to our subscribers' email addresses to any third parties whatsoever. That means we don't ever rent the e-mail addresses, or do e-mailings on behalf of third parties, to our subscribers. If we ever sell the company, we'll inform our subscribers in advance, and give them the option of remaining a subscriber or leaving, irrespective of the length of term of their accounts.

We require the use of a credit card as the method of payment for our services. Our services are meant only for adults. We assume that if the user makes use of a credit card, and the transaction is approved, the user is at least 13 years old.

If any subscriber of ours ever uses his or her account in any manner inconsistent with Internet etiquette, we will apply the use of both a LART, and our contractual termination clause. We don't allow any abusive behavior whatsoever. Our service does not provide for outbound mail. However users may attempt to use DecoyMail™ services to support drop boxes for spamvertized sites. Forward your complaint to abuse (at) decoymail.com, and if they have indeed used decoymail.com to reap the spoils of spam, we'll shut their account down immediately.
